Brian Young has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering. Brian was employed with a single major oilfield service company for 30 years.  During that time, Brian worked in various capacities in the US, Gulf of Mexico, Western Canada, and Angola (West Africa) with extensive travel to 25 countries.  He was responsible for leading teams of over 50 people and responsibility budgeting accounts in excess of $100 million. It was through this work that Brian developed a passion for helping people succeed.

While selling/purchasing family homes in 2018, Brian was exposed firsthand to the home inspection process; he, there and then, made a conscious decision to ultimately transition to the home inspection field -- a career change that would provide him the opportunity to continue to help people, while staying a little closer to home.

 

Currently a resident of the Sugar Creek subdivision of Sugar Land, Brian and his wife of 36 years have lived in the Houston metro area since 2002.  Brian enjoys his time with their two sons, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter and, having completed three Ironmans, his early morning runs.
