The Inspection

• I follow the TREC Standards of Practice (SOP).

• Above the SOP, I utilize advanced tools and software for enhanced detail.  This means you will receive a more in-depth inspection, showing detail on the home that may not be visible with the naked eye. 

• Tools include thermographic analysis for detection of missing insulation and leaks, zip level survey for establishing foundation tilt and deflection, and DJI Mini4 Pro drone for inspecting roofs with difficult access.

• Your report will contain actionable insights and recommendations for you and your realtor to consider when negotiating with the seller.

• Barring any unforeseen issues, you will typically receive your inspection report within a couple of hours of completion of the inspection. If you do not receive your inspection report before 7:00am, the next day, after your inspection, your inspection is free.

• I am a mechanical engineer, with 30 years experience at a major oilfield service company. 

• This experience gave me the process background, detail and structure that I will employ on your home inspection.
